Leadership Retreat 9 AM to 12 PM

Join with your fellow DBSA Chapter Leaders and Facilitators as we discuss and brainstorm about our groups: What do we do well, and how can we be better in our local chapters and meetings? How can the state organization better serve chapters’ needs? How involved should the organization be with the chapters, and vice versa?

Advanced Facilitator Workshop 1 PM to 4 PM
Led by DBSA’s Vice President for Chapter Relations Ingrid Deetz (she will also participate in the retreat), we will discuss difficult situations that we have encountered, or may face, in our group meetings. Confrontational or threatening behavior? Topics that are triggers? Suicidal thinking, or planning? We will delve into what is appropriate, and needed, for such  challenges.

What would you like?
