We are a mood-disorder self-help support group affiliated with the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA). The mission of DBSA is to improve the lives of people living with a mood disorder, and their loved ones.
NOTICE: In-person Peer Group meetings are suspended until further notice due to the coronavirus outbreak. You may instead participate in our virtual meetings as follows.
Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 PM to 8:45 PM.
Third Tuesday of the month, 7:30 PM. For parents of children with mental illness.
First and Third Wednesday of the month, 7:30 PM. For young adults.
