We are a mood-disorder self-help support group affiliated with the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA). The mission of DBSA is to improve the lives of people living with a mood disorder, story and their loved ones.
When: Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
Where: Richard Hall Community Mental Health Center, 500 North Bridge St, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
Bernards Township (Lyons) Meeting
When: First and Third Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m; except no meeting on January 17 and February 7, 2017.
Where: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Hospital, Building 4, 151 Knollcroft Rd, Lyons NJ 07939 (Building 4 is on Circle I; meeting is in the first floor conference room #107)

There is hope. People living with a mood disorder can be helped by medication and/or therapy. Many people so affected lead normal lives, and participate in our support group to help others. Support groups help during recovery. “You are not alone, we can help”.
